Refund Policy

This Refund Policy ("Policy") governs all purchases of subscription plans and paid services offered through PliantAI, operated by Pliant Labs LLC ("Pliant," "Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By purchasing a subscription or any paid service through PliantAI, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Policy. This Policy is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases of subscription plans on PliantAI are final and non-refundable. Once a subscription purchase has been completed and your subscription plan has been activated, you will receive immediate access to the features and benefits associated with your selected plan. No refunds, credits, exchanges, or chargebacks will be provided for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Dissatisfaction with the Service or any features thereof;
  • Failure to use the Service or any of its features during the subscription period;
  • Partial use of a billing period;
  • Changes in personal circumstances, preferences, or needs;
  • Forgetting to cancel before a subscription renewal;
  • Duplicate purchases resulting from user error;
  • Downgrading from a higher-tier plan to a lower-tier plan or the free tier;
  • Account suspension or termination resulting from violations of our Terms of Service; or
  • Changes to Service features, pricing, or availability.

By completing a subscription purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree that you are waiving any right to a refund, and that access to the paid subscription constitutes full and complete delivery of the purchased service.

2. Subscription Plans and Pricing

PliantAI currently offers three premium subscription tiers: Plus, Smart, and Pro. Each plan provides varying levels of features, model access, and capabilities as described on our Premium page. Subscriptions are available on monthly and annual billing cycles. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change. We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing at any time, with at least thirty (30) days' advance notice to existing subscribers before any price increase takes effect.

3. Automatic Renewal

All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annual, as selected by you) unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize Pliant to charge the applicable recurring subscription fee to your payment method on file at the then-current rate for each renewal period. It is your sole responsibility to cancel your subscription before the renewal date if you do not wish to be charged for the next billing cycle. Renewal charges are non-refundable.

4. How to Cancel Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings within the Service. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Upon cancellation:

  • You will retain full access to all premium features and benefits associated with your subscription plan until the end of your current billing period;
  • Your subscription will not renew, and no further charges will be applied to your payment method;
  • After the current billing period ends, your account will automatically revert to the free tier with access to free-tier features only; and
  • No prorated refunds, credits, or partial refunds will be issued for the remaining unused portion of any billing period.

5. Billing Errors

While all sales are final, if you believe you have been charged in error due to a technical or billing system malfunction on our end (such as being charged after a confirmed cancellation due to a processing error, or being charged an incorrect amount due to a system glitch), you may contact us at support@pliant.bot within fourteen (14) days of the erroneous charge. Please include the following information in your request:

  • Your account email address;
  • The date and amount of the charge in question;
  • A description of the billing error.

We will review all billing error claims and, at our sole discretion, may issue a correction if we determine that a verifiable technical or billing error occurred on our end. Correction of billing errors is not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

You agree to contact us at support@pliant.bot before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute with your financial institution. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first attempting to resolve the issue directly with us may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account. We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback filed against us and to pursue any available remedies, including recovery of fees and costs associated with the chargeback process.

7. Free Trial and Promotional Offers

From time to time, we may offer free trials, promotional discounts, or other special offers at our discretion. The terms and conditions of any such offers will be communicated at the time of the offer. Unless otherwise stated, free trials that convert to paid subscriptions are subject to all provisions of this Refund Policy, including the all-sales-final policy. It is your responsibility to cancel before the end of any free trial period if you do not wish to be charged.

8. Account Termination by Pliant

If your account is suspended or terminated by Pliant due to violations of our Terms of Service or any other applicable policy, you will not be entitled to a refund of any subscription fees, including fees for any unused portion of the subscription period. The termination of your account for policy violations does not create any obligation on our part to issue a refund.

9. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the updated Policy on the Service with a new effective date. Your continued use of paid features of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically.

10. Governing Law

This Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from this Policy are subject to the dispute resolution provisions set forth in our Terms of Service.
